Our Mission
Our mission is to support children, adolescents, and their families by fostering emotional intelligence, resilience, and mental well-being. We meet young people where they are — in schools, homes, and communities — providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers them to grow, connect, and thrive together!

I have seen the needs of kids change and grow over the course of my career working with children. The foundation of my practice is understanding that kids do the best they can when they can, and that behavior is a form of communication. My goal is to equip kids and their parents with the tools they need to be emotionally intelligent, resilient, and prepared for social settings. I am dedicated to supporting children and their families through their most challenging times.
I know that getting kids to therapy is often a logistical issue. That is why I am offering on-site therapeutic sessions. With this option, I am able to see kids for one hour where they are, at school. This way the amount of time kids are missing class, and time parents have to miss work is less.
If you are looking for a therapist with clinical and practical experience working with children, with a focus on solutions and education, please contact me to schedule your child's first session.
